Understanding Our Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your relationship with Tanzania Beach Safaris and outline important policies regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and responsibilities. We recommend reading them thoroughly before making any reservations.

Important: These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Tanzania Beach Safaris. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge acceptance of all terms outlined below.

RESERVATIONS & FINANCIAL

Booking & Payment Policies

Booking Confirmation

All safari and tour bookings are subject to availability and require written confirmation from Tanzania Beach Safaris. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at time of booking.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and include government taxes unless specified otherwise.

Price Guarantee

Once your booking is confirmed with deposit, your tour price is guaranteed against any currency fluctuations or price increases, except for government-imposed tax changes.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing to be valid.
Cancellation fees are based on days before departure when written notice is received.
No refunds for unused services, early departures, or late arrivals.
Refunds processed within 30 business days via original payment method.

Cancellation Timeline: 60+ days: deposit only | 30-59 days: 50% | 15-29 days: 75% | 0-14 days: 100%

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Company Responsibilities

We act as intermediaries between clients and independent suppliers (accommodation, transport, activities).
Not liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour.
Reserve right to alter itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.
Clients must comply with local laws and respect customs and traditions.

Force Majeure: Not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters or government actions.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel Documents & Health

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond entry date
Appropriate visas for Tanzania and transit countries
Vaccination certificates as required (Yellow Fever, etc.)
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients
Declare any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect tour participation

Consult with a travel medicine specialist 6-8 weeks before departure for vaccination and health advice.

PRIVACY & MEDIA

Privacy Policy & Media Usage

We respect your privacy and protect personal information per our Privacy Policy.
May use photos/videos from tours for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Don't sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing without consent.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
